Recipes: plum yoghurt

Wandering infant feeding sites occasionally collect some mathematical recipe that mold, but rarely do, always falling back on then usual. I found this cake that I propose and I must say that it is really good!! "We tasted a mustache!

Plumcake yoghurt

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, half a jar of yogurt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, grated lemon peel, 120 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, salt

My substitutions:
replaced sugar with fructose
replaced with lemon essence
replaced with flour kamut flour

My additions:
apple into small pieces
the next time I re-proposed to put chocolate chips!

Mix the egg yolks with sugar and work with the whip until the cream becomes clear. Add the lemon juice, yogurt and oil always working with whips and then a little 'time to the flour mixed with baking powder. At the end add the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. In the past I put my customization for the pieces of apple.
Pour into small molds (Julia chose the bunny) and remember to fill them for third.
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

good cake at all
