This is what I created for the swap lady bugs, a small kit bag made with a ladybug stoffina.
The kit includes:
a keychain ladybug heart
a cosmetic bag and a handkerchief 
door and there they were all together ready for partenza.Spero that are matched to my little thoughts like this.
